STEP 1: Check Insurance Benefits To Make Sure You’re Covered

STEP 2: Learn About Medication Savings & If Eligible Pay Just $5 A Dose*
Enroll in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program to get savings off your private or commercial health insurance deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance costs for STELARA®.
You can also work with a Care Coordinator or your Specialty Pharmacy to enroll in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program, and start saving on your prescription today. Janssen CarePath has a team of Care Coordinators who have resources that may help you pay just $5 in out-of-pocket medication costs if you are eligible.* Don’t let cost get in the way of your medication if your doctor decides STELARA® is right for you.
YOU COULD PAY JUST $5 A DOSE*
The Janssen CarePath Savings Program for STELARA® can help lower your out-of-pocket costs, including co-pay, deductible, and co-insurance medication costs. This means in the first year, eligible psoriatic arthritis patients may pay only $30 in out-of-pocket medication costs, including two starter doses and four maintenance doses.*
STEP 3: Start On Your Treatment Schedule (the steps to get to your first dose)
A) Order Dose
When the specialty pharmacy calls you, provide them with your payment information, your Janssen CarePath Savings Program information (if applicable), and confirm the delivery location and timing of your delivery.
B) Schedule Dose
Ensure you have an appointment with your doctor to receive your first dose (a couple of days after your prescription is scheduled to be delivered).

You and your doctor have chosen STELARA® as a treatment. As you continue on your journey, it’s important for you to stay on your medication schedule as your doctor prescribed in order to see results.
