And with live nurse support to help you feel comfortable injecting at home, you’ll have the resources you need to remove the obstacles between you and relief from your Crohn’s disease symptoms. We can even help you get started with a Savings Program where, if you are eligible, you'll pay just $5 per dose for your STELARA® medication.*

This Web site also includes valuable information about the infusion sites such as business hours, insurance plans accepted, and medications infused.
