You may know him or her as your doctor, primary care physician, or gastroenterologist

Your Janssen CarePath Team:

Your Care Coordinator: A personally assigned Care Coordinator will review your health plan benefits and identify options that may help make STELARA® more affordable.

Your Nurse Navigator: This is your partner who will work hand-in-hand with your Care Coordinator and help support you by:

  • In addition to the training you’ll receive from your physician, providing live training on STELARA® self-injection in person or over the phone
  • Explaining how STELARA® works
  • Guiding you through the treatment process
  • Helping you transition from your one-time IV infusion to subcutaneous maintenance injections
  • Coordinating Janssen resources to support you to start and stay on treatment
