In these uncertain times, Janssen understands the importance of focusing on the things that you care most about.
We are here to help with a variety of resources like personalized support with a registered nurse and answers to your cost and coverage questions.
Janssen CarePath continues to offer programs supporting patients with different needs:
- For eligible commercially-insured patients starting or continuing on certain Janssen medicines, programs that help patients lower their out-of-pocket costs
- For patients who have lost their jobs and insurance coverage, Janssen CarePath can provide a referral to independent foundations that offer free medicines
- For new patients starting on most Janssen medicines, free trial product programs
As always, Janssen CarePath Care Coordinators can answer questions about insurance and out-of-pocket costs, as well as help locate sites of care for certain medicines.
Live virtual support for every step of the way: STELARA® Nurse Navigator Program
In this environment, we remain dedicated to providing support for patients who have been prescribed a Janssen therapy by their healthcare provider. Nurse Navigators will continue delivering personal, virtual support during every step of your STELARA® treatment.

This is a patient program open for enrollment for any patient prescribed STELARA® by their physician.

Information about injecting STELARA® after the first IV dose
If your doctor decided that you or a caregiver can give you injections of STELARA® at home, you should receive training on the proper way to prepare and inject STELARA®. Your Nurse Navigator can answer most of your questions about self-injections and can even conduct in-person training.

- Eligible patients pay $5 per injection
- $20,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year

Bathroom access when it’s most urgent
When a 14-year-old Crohn’s disease patient named Ally was denied restroom access at a popular Chicago mall, she decided to act.
In 2005, the Restroom Access Act—also known as Ally’s Law—was passed. It states that retail stores that do not have a public restroom must provide access to their employee restroom to any person with a medical condition, including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. As of October 2019, it has been passed into law in 16 states. Included here is a restroom access card that will assert your legal right to a bathroom in those states.
