We understand that everyone's financial situation is different. Our Care Coordinators can help you identify resources that may assist you in reducing your out-of-pocket medication costs. If at any time your insurance or financial situation changes, we can help you find a program that may help keep STELARA™ affordable.

HAVE PRIVATE
INSURANCE

INSTANT SAVINGS PROGRAM

Get 6 months of medication co-pay at no cost to you.*

If you have private insurance, our Instant Savings Program reduces out-of-pocket expenses including co-pay, deductible and co-insurance medication costs. We'll pay 100% of your out-of-pocket medication costs for three doses of treatment and help reduce your out-of-pocket costs thereafter.

*You may be eligible for Instant Savings if you:

  • Have been prescribed STELARA™
  • Are being treated for an approved indication for STELARA™
    AND
  • Currently have commercial insurance that covers medication costs for STELARA™

ARE UNINSURED

If you do not have prescription coverage for STELARA™, the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. can provide assistance to eligible patients who meet specific medical and financial criteria. Click to view and/or to print the patient assistance application for STELARA™.

ARE COVERED BY MEDICAID, MEDICARE OR NEED SUPPLEMENTAL ASSISTANCE
If you have Medicaid, Medicare or other insurance and still cannot afford STELARA™, we can direct you to independent foundations that may be able to help you.

Insurance Help

If you have questions about your prescription insurance benefits, we’re here to help. STELARA™ Support provides a personal Care Coordinator to help you verify and understand your insurance benefits for STELARA™ and explain your out-of-pocket costs.

 

Medication Reminders

To help you stay on track with your treatments, STELARA™ Support gives you the option of receiving a reminder before your next dose is due. Be sure to update your treatment reminder schedule if anything has changed.

 

Treatment Log

It is important to take an active role in your care and stay on track with your treatment schedule. Your STELARA™ Treatment Log can help you do both. It includes ways to record your symptoms, check your progress between doses, and keep track of your appointments. Download yours and share it with your doctor at your next appointment.
