Getting Patients Started on Stelara®

The availability and distribution of STELARA® are similar to that of other biologic therapies. You can simply utilize a specialty pharmacy provider (SPP) or enroll your patients in AccessOne®, an easy-to-use support system for healthcare practitioners from Janssen Biotech, Inc.

In addition to providing benefits to your patients as part of STELARA® Support, AccessOne®; can help improve your office efficiency by:

  • Rapidly handling benefits investigations
  • Providing information and forms for prior authorizations
  • Identifying the appropriate SPP to optimize patient benefit based on coverage
  • Answering any questions you might have on billing, coding, and reimbursement

Enrollment in AcessOne®

Once you have identified an appropriate patient for STELARA® and choose to use AccessOne®: 

  • Complete the Prescription Information, Nursing Order, and STELARA® Support Enrollment form (click here to download the form); once complete, fax the form to 1-866-489-5955

    • If necessary, AccessOne® will help you obtain information on prior authorization
    • For a sample letter of medical necessity, click here
  • Refer your patient to STELARA® Support for information on the availability of assistance with out-of-pocket costs
